The problem was that people like myself had gotten to the point where we had gotten the tickets into checkout, entered our information, gotten to the point of confirmation & then have the website completely fail. It was a technical problem that other companies that sell tickets don't have and it should have been prepared for. When some 11 million people are customers of a product you have to expect that more than 12,000 of them are going to want to attend an event like this. The fans trying to buy tickets knew this and that is why they were all on as soon as the tickets were available, causing the site to fail. If the fans all knew the tickets were in such high demand why didn't Blizzard?Only one explanation remains and that is Epic Fail. I love the products that Blizzard makes but I'm very disappointed in their handling of this situation.
