I don't think people are complaining about not being able to get a ticket, or even to a lesser extent the technical problems -- they're complaining about extremely poor customer service.It would've taken 30 seconds to make a post like, "The available tickets have sold out. We may release more - stay tuned." People then would've been able to stop wasting hours spamming F5 and wondering if the "sold out" was just a function of selling tickets "in waves".It was just inconsiderate - and also unacknowledged.
