Let's keep summoning as a Warlock trait. Calling up some random critter for some random enchantment doesn't fit with the light I've seen WoW's mages in. From my perspective the classical Wizard class was split with the disciplined learning aspect going to mages, and the reckless seeking of arcane power no matter the result going ot warlocks. Think, for a moment, what Dalaran would look like if it were a city of warlocks. As for Mirror Image I love the idea, but you'd have to make it only as a PVP or a PVE skill. Either its PVP, and the clones do zero damage and only serve to eat up an attacker's GCDs, or it's a PVE spell, and the clones do a percentage of your damage, in which case it would be trivial to write an add on that would point out to your target which mage is the real one after you hit them.Even if mirror image doesn't go through I hope that Mages get SOMETHING shiny for buying Lich King. Burning Crusade gave us water elementals and dragon's breath, and all Lich king if giving us is class balance. I appreciate it, sure, but I'd like to get something class related for that $50.
