I like the puzzles, but they aren't really crosswords; they're word crosses. Crosswords require a rotationally symmetrical grid, and, at least under American crossword construction convention, every square must be part of two words. What the software describes as "the free-form style" isn't properly a crossword.
This is not to criticize the puzzles in any way; I like 'em, and a conventional themed crossword rarely has more than a handful of themed words, which would limit their appeal here.
I'm just being pedantic. ;-)

These look like fun, but the print on them is so small I have trouble making out the numbers. Can the inline images be made to link to larger, printer-friendly versions?
