Hehe! This was a fun read! Breanni is awesome! I love the website and use it myself to keep track of my horrible collection...can't wait till the expansion; going to free up so much bag space. There are quite a few vendor pets I am going to be picking up as well that I bypassed for space on my main...oh happy days!
On a regular basis I tell friends and guildies (who have started collecting) about the site; since it is the best of the best when it comes to actual vanity pets in game. Even if you don't collect a bunch of them, its still fun to see all the pets and to keep track of your own.
I agree with what Breanni said about the pets being something "fun and fresh". When a new pet comes out, especially one that has to be farmed-it keeps me occupied. The only pet I pretty much had to get from the AH that was a BOE was the Hyacinth Macaw...my luck on farming that was horrible. Luckily a friend of mine on Alliance side picked one up for me from Stormwind AH. xD
Only thing I can complain about is, yes, that dang Sprite Darter! So unfair Horde can't get it...really should implement a Horde only pet too. It's only fair. :P A baby Kodo! Yes...yes...that would be perfect...

Agreed!
I'd like to add that for me, this was the most enjoyable "15 Minutes of Fame" piece I've read yet. I love Breanni's site and appreciate all the labor he has put into it. I'm a big mini-pet fan, and it's nice to see someone putting time and energy into one of the "fun" (non-gear-related) aspects of the game. Thank you for the interview!
