No, "my minions" does not equate to it being Arthas. Anyone with people who report to them has minions. This is not exclusive to the guy at the very top of the food chain.

No, the file names having "LichKing" in them doesn't mean it's Arthas when the whole expansion is "LichKing".

Could it be him? Sure. However, it's just as possible that it's someone else. Relax... seriously. We won't know till they add the event to beta, if they even *do* release it in any form before the 3.0 patch.
