@9 Same could be said for Inscription, but aside from that I agree.

Or maybe there won't be inscription... patch isn't out yet. "Coming weeks" could become "months."

Only 8 weeks in two months. The patch won't hit PTR's for another 3-4 weeks, probably see the patch mid to late November.
