Based on timing of previous development milestones, my math says that the patch should hit on September 9th (keep in mind that this same math predicted the beta would start on July 18, and it did). September 9th is two weeks away, and Blizz often gives two weeks notice. Also, September 9th is two days after the preorder beta of Warhammer Online goes live.

At the very latest, they would release it on the 16th, the same day Warhammer Online goes on sale.
