The important part, since it's a small blurb in a big blob of programming babble: "we're going to have an extra long PTR phase" for the content patch.

i dont see any evidence there saying it would be "months" rather than "weeks".

just says a long PTR period and thats all related to UI changes. everything listed previously could still come without UI changes.
