I doubt very much deathknights will be in this content patch at all, first off, I assume the DK start area Ebon Hold most likely is on the "Northrend" World server, much like the Draenei/Bloodelf zones are part of the "Outland" world server.

Inscription to 375 is a different story since it uses a lot of Existing materials, they can add inscription vendors/trainers quite easily.
