WoWlympics closing ceremonies today

Well, sort of. Our favorite wiki celebrates the recently concluded Olympics in Beijing by hosting a Worldwide Invitational card giveaway (which has a Beta key and Tyrael pet) called the WoWlympics which ends today at 11:00pm UTC. The contest is fairly simple -- visit their site and look for clues that jump from one page to the other. It's a fun, informative scavenger hunt that won't take ten minutes (alright, I'm lying, it took me about an hour or two because I got completely stumped with No. 2). Have fun with it and try not to cheat and look for the answers all over the web, although lore nerds might find it a real breeze. This is one of your last chances to get into the Wrath of the Lich King Beta, as well as one of the very few chances you'll get to own a dancing miniature angel, so shoot the guys over at WoWWiki an e-mail before 11:00pm UTC. Tell 'em we sent ya.

Anyone able to point me in the right direction to #2? Not even a hint, but after 2 hours of scouring burning legion, black dragonflight, and other lores I can't find it for my life.

Think of "shadowy" less meaning "black" and more meaning "hidden". Or even "disguised", if you wish.

The most important part of the clue for #2 is "defeating the burning legion thousands of years ago." You need to go further than just looking at the Burning Legion page, but it is a step in the right direction, just not as far as you need to look.

Truthfully, I think the dragon part is the only valid part of the clue. I found no direct reference between the answer and Burning Legion in either of their articles.

For me 1 was easy, 2 and 5 make no sense knowing the answer, and 3 and 4 are groaner answers.

The event begins August 18th, and runs until 23:00 UTC August 25th.

if i`m right and this time is right http://www.worldtimeserver.com/current_time_in_UTC.aspx (17:17) competition is still running, isn`t it?

5 was the only one that gave me trouble. Although one clue was 100 times easier because I read the first book of Knaak's War of the Ancients trilogy that everyone groans about...

5 made sense only after you find out the answer.

All of the were incredibly easy except for number five, I actually figured that one out by just randomly showing my brother things I was sure it wouldn't be. Number five being one of them. I still don't entirely get how it fits the clue other than being water-related. And why does everyone hate Richard Knaak so much?
