The event begins August 18th, and runs until 23:00 UTC August 25th.

if i`m right and this time is right http://www.worldtimeserver.com/current_time_in_UTC.aspx (17:17) competition is still running, isn`t it?

As of this writing, 5:40 UTC, it is still running. Get those entries in.
