PUGing Heroic instances is as simple as making sure your have a competent tank and a good healer and dps willing to listen to direction. As a Warrior tank I make it really clear I take no shit and if directions aren't followed or you become a liability you will be kicked from the group. If the group falls apart because of it then you saved yourself the aggregation as well as gold. I generally will add healers to my buddy list 1st as they take the longest to adjust to a tank's play stay and skill. DPS well those are a dime a dozen and can be easily replaced. The Key thing you need to have is a Good leadership, if your tank doesn't have it then don't bother..
