I went last year, and I found it really weird. No one talked to each other, and it felt really daunting. None of the panels were interactive, just talking heads on monitors. I loved cosplaying there (though I see I'm not in the wowinsider gallery) but the amount of time I spent on the costume didn't really feel like it paid off. The best part was palling around with some guildies at Disney the next day.

If you want more cosplay recognition, you are better off on an anime con or a 'general' con like Dragoncon, experience has shown me.
