I keep it on my 'once in a blue moon not even keybound' bar off on the side of my screen alongside things like food, Drums of Speed, Etc. Primarily for fights like Bloodboil where being threatcapped is just par for the course. Better to Feint than to stand there right?

They need to make it not activate autoattack though. Waste of a Macro slot on /cast feint /stopattack
