Angrily put, but correct. Feint shouldn't be part of the normal rotation on fights without severe threat limitations.

That said, on fights like Leo, where your DPS is proportional to how well you manage threat, Feint can be extremely helpful. For such fights, I could see the utility of the Feint glyph.
