Here's how it happens:

step 1: get 400 resil.

step 2: go in trade chat and get 14 more ppl with 400 resil (or higher).

step 3: dominate.

I've done it plenty of times. The hardest one looks like Eye of the Storm Domination, because even if your running a premade there's always a chance you'll run into another premade with better gear/better communication. so getting 10 wins in a row seems crazy.
