Hmm... I don't know. In my reading around the internet about this topic I've just read that the draenei they sounded most like Romanians, more than Russians or any other people. I'd love to see a good reference on Russian or Romanian accents if anyone can provide one, and I'd be perfectly willing to correct my article if I could just hear it for myself. I'll search around for it too.
