Breakfast Topic: What are you looking forward to in 3.0.2?
So we're expecting the new pre-Wrath content patch any week now, and with it a whole flood of new mechanics and abilities, such as raid buff stacking. It should be interesting to see how all this new stuff fits in to the current Burning Crusade end game, and how people adapt to it as they prepare to plunge into Wrath. Of course, many will probably get a head start on Inscription, while others may already have a new haircut picked out.
Myself, I'm looking forward to playing around with the new changes to my Hunter. Disengage and the new Freezing Trap mechanics are looking delicious enough to me that I may just see if I can get back into Arenas for a few weeks to check them out. I'm also pretty interested to see how the Aspect of the Viper changes feel on some big boss battles. It'll be nice to have to essentially have no mana regeneration worries ever again, assuming the current version stays as is.
What about you? Given everything we'll likely see in patch 3.0.2, what are you looking forward to doing while you wait for Wrath?

I'm sorry the world is constantly changing place, maybe it would stop if you asked nicely?

Not looking forward to possibly having to regear, regem and reenchant my Raid Tankadin.

Not having people constantly whine over vent that they need salv. God that gets annoying. I am going to tell them to watch their aggro because Hand of Salvation will cost them 10 gold per cast... lol

I have a feeling that paladins will have to spam it by cooldown in raids ...

I'm looking forward to Exotic pets! I want that magnificant white Devilsaur! I hope they implement them.

There is a white/light grey devilsaur in Un'goro Crater. My favorite is the lvl71 you find in Netherstorm. It is really funny right after you tame it, but the constant "thud thud thud" noise it makes when walking becomes annoying.

My main is a hunter, so I am very happy. I still have to play with the different pets and pet talents to find the best dps, but it sounds like the wasp and its armor pen is promising - and does not require a deep BM spec. As a raiding hunter, Survival's Hunting Party might be a must to have. The one issue I have had in the beta is that none of the pets, even the Tenacity category, seems to hold aggro properly for more than a few secs (unless I md it but I should not need to).
My main alt is a protadin, which I had concerns for when I got in the beta, but the new BoS looks damn good. I suspect that I will level ret - getting ret gear in shape right now. This toon is an engineer and an enchanter, and from what I have read of engineering "special abilities" they take the slot of the enchantment - which does not make sense to me. Other professions are able to improve some elements of their gears, not trade these improvements against others. Between an agility or a stam enchant to boots, and the ability to add rockets to these boots for a random usage (especially if you drop the bg flag you are carrying when activating them), I will stick to the enchant.
The other alt I am planning to work on is a DK, which will be an Herbalist/Scribe. I so wish that one was available to us with 3.0.2 so we have time to level DKs to 70 before wrath, and take the time to collect Peacebloom and al in Elwynn forest and raise all our professions to 300.

Erbodie, growl is currently borked, this has been brought up and is in line to be addressed, so its not your pet, don't worry. Well it is, but it isn't directly your pets fault.
To the person who asked about pet leveling, yes, they auto level, and now they even auto level if they are in the stable. They stay the level in the stable until you pull them out, and then they auto adjust to you.

"Other professions are able to improve some elements of their gears, not trade these improvements against others."
You haven't tried putting an armor kit on an enchanted piece of gear, have you? Or Wizard oil on something with a sharpening stone done to it?
No stacking.

To Erbodie: I knew that already, about the *white* Devilsaur.

More bag space. About a dozen slots from pets and mounts being converted to the spellbook. At least, I hope that's in the patch.
