Caption This: Vote for winners!

It's been one week since we opened our most recent Caption This! contest to entries. We've allowed them to age to perfection over the weekend, and they're now ripe enough for you to pick the winner! Members of the WoW Insider staff have chosen their favorite captions from the bunch, and I've added in some of the highest-rated captions with the comment system. All in all, we ended up with a baker's dozen of quotes. Now you get to decide who goes home with a 60-day game card, a choice of one of seven World of Warcraft action figures as detailed in the original post, or nothing but a deep sense of inadequacy. Just pick the best caption for the above picture. Voting closes tomorrow, Wednesday, September 3, at 11:59 PM EST, and winners will be informed shortly afterward by e-mail.

A little bit off topic, but I saw the inn in Thrallmar have a row of these sprout in a neat line across the door entrance about a month ago. They kept varying in hiss-pressure and after about 10 minutes disappeared. I've never found out what they were for or seen them anywhere else.
Can anyone let me know what they are?

Because your 'joke' is an unoriginal reference to the game without any creativity at all. It's not funny or imaginative like the 'inn enraged' caption, it's just you repeating a joke from the game and replacing a few words. Christ, do you understand humour as anything other than parroting others?

It isn't parroting, you moron. I used an in-game reference. And you know what's funny? Your 'inn enraged' "creative" caption was just thought up by someone who posted in the wrong thread (see a few posts below). It required the intelligence of *that* guy to create!
A good caption explains a picture, it's a scenario within a scenario. Cro Threadstrong is good material anywhere. And just to further prove your misplaced faith in the judges, they elected a 'can haz cheeseburger' quote last week.
I understand my caption isn't funny when I have to pull it out of the doldrums of the 420th comments just to have it seen, but you can't defend the ones chosen right now instead of it, that's just illogical.
Needless to say I won't be voting this week, these are all garbage.

The only one that even brought a mild smirk was the last one referencing Robin Hood: Men in Tights.
The rest aren't even groan worthy, they're just awful and could only make a retarded chimp happy.
I weep for the future if this is the best our generations writers can come up with.

Once again, I'm starting to doubt the staff of WOWInsider. The awful spelling and just plain stupid grammar errors are one thing, and I can overlook them because you're a blog and you need to post things quickly.
But your humor level ... seems that the way to get on your radar is to rehash a six year old meme.

I think we need to bear in mind that 75% of the entries referenced Cheech and Chong or Snoop Dogg. I, for one, am glad that only ONE of the drug reference quotes made it. Perhaps a better choice of picture to caption next time Wowinsider?
