To address Angus' question, I want to point out that *your* DPS doesn't matter in a raid. It's the entire raid's DPS that matters. Your puny Flame Shocks will help Elemental shamans to throw out huge crits of Lava Burst, and a Lightning Bolt increased in power by 20% from Stormstrike does a lot more damage than your Earth Shocks. By allowing an Elemental shaman to eat up your debuffs, you're indirectly causing more damage overall. Don't pay attention to the damage meters; they don't tell the whole story.

The rogue poison thing is still a pain because an Earth Shock probably does more damage than even the most powerful poison, but hopefully the increase in charges will help remedy that problem.
