They probably did. Which means you have even less choice but to go inconvenience people trying to do quests by going to lowby areas and killing stuff.

I'm crazy enough that I have all my weapon skills maxed in terms of any weapon I can equip and use. Even staves. So I haven't done this in a while.

I skilled my shaman's 2H Axe skill there just the other day, so it still works perfectly fine.
