As a casual player, I rarely -- if ever-- get to run instances. Is it possible to enter these instances (Arcatraz or Shattered Halls) as a reasonably well geared (shadowcloth frost set plus girdle of ruination) Level 70 frost mage to grind the trash that drops these patterns or should I not even bother?
