To everyone freaking out, relax. If it ain't listed, it ain't changed, and its still there in its normal form. What is listed are just the changed and added racials. That being said, it was stated by Kalgan that Perception was the only racial that heavily effected ratings. Yes, thats right, he listed the ARENA as the reason for the perception nerf.

Something else, Gift of the Naaru is no longer affected by spell knock back, it was just recently updated on the beta forum.
