Why are you so upset about undead? Their shadow resistance got buffed (those few points they get now meant nothing at 60, even less at 70 and might possibly flip over into negative effectiveness at 80 ;), and will of forsaken is still an extra PvP trinket against most player-cast CC effects. I don't see the cause for alarm here.
WoTF was rather OP in PvP, and it's still extremely strong. And it seems UD get to keep cannibalism as well, which will make my warlock hag a very happy...corpse. :P
I love the changes to night elves too, 2% dodge, that's up 1% compared to now, my combat rogue's getting even harder to hit! :D More nature resist tho, not sure how useful that is considering that's one of the more uncommon spell damage types - only shammy and druid have nature spells; I don't think hunter stings and rogue poisons count as spells. I could be wrong here though.
Overall I must say I approve of these changes. I always found mana tap/arcane torrent a fiddly system, there usually aren't enough mobs with a blue bar around anyway to keep up the mana tap charges before they expire after 10 minutes so I'm glad to see that thing gone. :P
Permanent extra stealth for humies is good, but the difference compared to old perception is bad, but not ALL bad. They do get that weirdo feign death thingy which simply looks LUL IMBA from reading the description. No, seriously! I'm sure it will find a lot of good use in dungeon groups, as long as the tank doesn't pop it. :P
