It doesn't scale inversely to gear, it just doesn't scale at all. Its just base health, it only changes as you level up. So if it were to give you an extra 300-400 health at 80, you'll always have that extra health.All I meant by it getting less noticeable was that when you're a t9 tank with 40k health, that extra 300 really isn't going to be much of an advantage over the other races that have 39.7k health. :)I think all the "tuned to 5% at green level gear" is simply a note saying its not exactly 5% of base health, and that it'll be compensated, so that people leveling through northrend in their shiny new OP green gear won't have quite as drastic of a change as before.
