Around Azeroth: Secondhand smoke

In a harsh world like Outland, even the orphans in Shattrath have to be tough. Parents killed in the war? Left abandoned in the fields? Tough noogies, kid. You'll grow up smoking and you'll like it, because it'll pass the time until your eventual untimely death of a stab wound to the face, a shadowbolt from the air, or some random warrior bringing you to the Illidan fight during Children's Week. Besides, it won't hurt you. You've got no death animation. (Thanks to Drewby of <My Pvpness is Horde> (sigh) on Deathwing for the photo!)

I know you thought the second part was funny but it actually disregards the premise that you've already presented and doesn't make sense.
On that note, the premise was funny enough to run with.

Dude, you're scorching the shisha. Take the coals off for a bit, you don't want the smoke coming out the top, that is a bad sign.

Ah, but Arcaria, when they're grown up enough to die in battle they'll have a death animation (and probably lung cancer.)
On a side note, this comment system confuses and enrages me.

It confuses and enrages me as well. Even though I have a members thingie, and I enter my email and password, I still have to confirm every post from my email account. And a couple of them posted without a confirmation from my email but they didn't post right away so I didn't know if they posted or not. I give up. If this posts I'll be amazed.

What's even more confusing is that it says "Members enter your username and password" on the Returning tab, right above two boxes labeled "E-mail" and "Password". GRRRRR

Dude, that's clearly a hookah. He didn't say what they were smoking out of it, lots of people smoke tobacco out of hookahs. But it's a hookah, nonetheless.
Never heard of a doctor prescribing hookah-smoking for sinus or breathing problems :P
