"The increased block chance contributes directly to Blessing of Sanctuary procs."How so? Sanctuary reads "When target blocks" or am I mis-understanding something.

"Places a Blessing on the friendly target""when the target blocks"You're missing something :P The "target" is whoever the buff is on. So, you, other tanks, etc.

Nevermind, target being the target you cast the Blessing on, not target being what you have targetted :)

You cast BoS on yourself so the target is you :pSo increased block chance means that "the target" blocks more which means more procs.

This is totally unacceptable. You're going to tell me that other classes get recharged, yet when people cast blessing of sanctuary on my rogue I don't get any extra energy? That is just totally unfair. It's obvious that Blizzard does not care about us, and does not take player concerns seriously. Ever time I block with my shield I should get extra energy too!I will now be rolling a shadow knight on Everquest I - a game that really takes ballance seriously and always gets it perfect.
