But even the lowers-my-own-DPS argument doesn't make sense:

(DPS + DPS + DPS x rest of the fight) is less than
DPS + Cast + (DPS + 155 Str) + (DPS + 155 Str) x rest of the fight

The same (non-sensical) argument can be made that warriors won't use shouts. And please tell me you don't know any that don't. That would be sad.
