Can someone please explain to me why so many people are overjoyed that our big new spell is a 3 minute CD, which basically locks you out of play while it randomly spews damage around?
Sure it's great now when damage hasn't been balanced and it kills everything it locks onto, but once it's scaled back to normal, it just seems like one giant liability outside bossfights and PvP, and one more bit of needless randomness in a class whose only remaining upshot among the casters will be greater interactivity.
