While I can feel your pain and feel like this is something that absolutely needs to be fixed as soon as possible, I generally only write the weekly Mage column and the occasional bit of Mage news. We have people here that are very good at covering issues like these, but I'm not really one of them. The best way for you to bring the matter to their attention is to click the "Contact Us" link at the right side of every page on WoW Insider, then fill in the blanks there with exactly what you just wrote here. Whenever you do that, everybody on the team here gets an email with your comment on it, and which ever of us feels up to tackling the subject can then do a piece on it. There's no guarantee that it will appear on the site, but quite a lot of the material posted here comes from things sent to us by readers through the "Contact Us" or "Send us news tips" forms.
