The Polymorph: Chicken spell you linked is EXTREMELY intriguing to me. It makes me wonder the possibility of it becoming a spell that mages can learn? After all, I've heard a lot of QQ about how inferior polymorph is to fear in PvP, and looking at the chicken spell, it might be a way to fix it. The spell mentions nothing about healing the target, and also says nothing about breaking immediately upon damage (I assume it will be about as easy to break as fear). As a trade off, though, the polymorphed character will still be able to do a minimal amount of melee DPS, or will be able to attempt to run behind a pillar to avoid the Pyroblast/frostfire bolt/nuke of choice that a mage loves to throw at hapless sheep these days. I see these as a more than fair trade-off for being able to CC an enemy in arena at 35% health and not healing them back to 100% as a result.
