The guide droped from a mob in Naxxanar for a group member today. Looked like a random drop and only he as a tailor could loot it.

Actually, it sounds like no raiding is needed for it; I got the ability by going to Warsong Hold's tailoring trainer and completing a small quest (paying 5 gold).

I didn't meant raiding. We were in Naxxanar for the Thassarian questline from Borean Tundra (lvl 70/71).

It just dropped for him from a mob there, so you don't have to buy it or do a quest - at the moment it drops, too.

Maybe they aren't sure how they'll do it yet...
