This change begs the question, when will racial skills be eliminated and tossed into a bin that we can pick from? That would be a welcome change.

My dwarf priest lost fear ward exclusivity a while ago, I didn't appreciate the nerfed fear ward, but this change is nice. Good bye chastise.

Agreed, if I could pick one spell which priests desperately need as baseline, it would be chastise. It's good for soloing, great for PVP, so naturally Blizz first gave it to only Dwarfs and Draenei and then took it away from everyone
