In PvP, they are really useful- they also contribute to the whole feel of a paladin being a solid, almost immovable, player. You can curse and disease them as much as you want, but they'll hang on and get that last heal out the door before they die, and hopefully whoever they healed will now mulch you.I've been called a cockroach by friends in BGs- Paladins are especially good under indirect fire. I remember once I healed through a 3 minute fight over a graveyard in AV- I was OOM for the last 2 minutes and almost constantly below 10% health, but I kept surviving until the end of the fight due to the flash of lights that take less mana per minute than I regen with my gear, combined with a bubble or two, a BoP, and an awesome hunter who knew how to trap.
