In WotLK mounts will be an item that teaches you a spell to summon that mount, so no more bagspace needed.

One of the changes coming in wotlk is that mounts no longer take up bag space. Instead, they are summoned from a special tab on the character pane.

In WotLK mounts are abled to be learnt :s, There will be a new tab in the character screen for your mounts.

Mounts no longer take up "bag" space, mounts and vanity pets have there own tabs where they appear once "learnt".

Wrath is making mounts into spells rather than items. Not sure if the pre-Wrath patch is adding that ability or not, but that's how people are going to be able to do this - they won't need bag slots, they're just spells. :)

in patch 3.0 you bind your mounts to a "spellbook" and don't carry them in your bags

That'll be fixed with 3.0.2, the new system doesn't require bag space :D

in Wrath you can learnt mounts as spells, so they wont waste bag space.

So, robsolo, I think you won't have to worry about bag space form mounts... I heard it somewhere, just not sure where...

No, you guys are wrong and robsolo is right. The thrust of this article was getting the achievement before WotLK hits. We all know about the new mount implementation, but before Wrath - where will the new mounts go?
