then they could have made the debuff longer so that every time missile bar procced we could weave a couple ar barrages and a procced ar missiles in without destroying the debuff. or atleast so we could catch the tail end of the debuff and have it give the increased damage for the normal man price.

This just made arc retarded and and lack any focus.
