On PTR b4 this "nerf" I was using a rotation of Arcane Blast-Arcane Barrage-Arcane Blast-Arcane BArrage until a Missle Barrage proc then I would shoot of my Arcane Missles and go back to my rotation of Arcane Blast-Arcane Barrage. It seemed to be a decent mana effiecent way to do constant steady dmg with a burst randomly anywhere in it from Missle Barrage proc. Thought it was good but it seems like they're leaning towards this with the new Arcane Blast Pushback and terrible stacking of the new debuff.
