It's Arcane, in other words you're claiming they don't want them to spam Arcane Blast, they want mages to Spam Arcane Missles. Dunno if you've realized this or not, but the Arcane tree has very, very few attack spells.

Also, little reality check, every Mage tree has a spam spell even if we don't have spells like Ice Lance to spam. We call them Fireball, Frostbolt, and Arcane Missle. :P
