My take is that raiding guilds are about to undergo a metamorphis, we are weeks away from the massive 3.0 patch, and less than 2 months away from Wrath. So everyone is going to stop raiding T4/T5/T6 content. Well, almost everyone I am guessing. By this time if you haven't gotten through T5/T6, well at least you have Wrath and a clean slate. My advice is gquit and level alone, and while leveling look for good guilds with the type of raids you want, either casual or hardcore or some combo. Or if you are feeling brave start putting together a guild. No offense, but class lead doesn't mean jack in TBC. You aren't even an officer, you have no idea what is going on behind your back, who's doing the real heavy lifting. GLs do so much that regular players never even see. If you were the officer or #2 man for the guild, it'd be different. But right now you are on the second floor of the empire state building looking up at the top. Regardless I wouldn't leave the guild because of raid performance right now, in a few weeks nobody is going to be doing those raids anyway.
