I discovered for alliance you can get away with only using buckets 1 and 3, turning around the second you see the keg thrown at you. With this you can spam your reins nonstop the entire round. You will arrive at Bucket 3 the first time 85-95 exhaust, and 55 on your way back. You will arrive at bucket 1 with 75-85 exhaust. The hardest part is not running into trees, your vision is dimmed from the branches. You can easily make 20+ runs with this strategy.
