Everyone keeps using this made up word inscriptionists. Someone who practices Inscription is called a scribe.

umm..it's a game set in a fantasy world with plenty of made up words like Draenei and Devilsaur...if you want to be an inscriptionist go right ahead...shakespeare made up words, you can too

Even blizzard calls people who make glyphs by using inks that they milled from herbs Scribes, so I'm pretty sure that's the name that should be used.

I agree wholeheartedly, but I still say "Scrivener" is a cooler and still correct term.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scrivener
