Another scenario to use this spell: tank is getting beat, and you don't want to stop healing the tank, so you cast this on the dps w/ aggro (or even yourself, if you have aggro), let that person 'die and rez' back to 50% health.

Haven't had a chance to try it out yet - will give it a shot next time I raid.
