"tossing all enemies back 20 years"That IS a cool trick! ;)

Sounds cool on paper, but it doesn't knock up anymore, therefore if there's even a slight divot in the ground, it stops short. It's on a 45 second CD, and there's nothing to stop a rogue from shadowstepping back in range, and locking down the shammy from 100-0 percent. Unlike other caster classes, the shaman still don't have an escape mechanism. Hex is a cc on another long 45 second CD, and can be easily trinketed out of. Thunderstorm to get the melee player off you, and you're wide open for the next 40 seconds.Elemental shammies need more ways to make some space, otherwise they're going to be a joke for rogues, warriors, and Death Knights come Wrath.

I think you missed the part where it said "years" there, grandpa.

Alexisonfire: See that wink at the end of Jeff's post. He knows it said "years" there, kiddo.

@Dan: I think Alex was responding to Discograndpa's reply. And for the record, I still think it would be great if that typo came to life. Maybe some CoT rep combined with the new phasing mechanic could let you get your enemies stuck in the past...
