I'm not sure what the Beta build currently has for the Improved Fire Nova Totem talent, but on the talent calculator the talent reads: "... has a 100% chance to reduce the movement speed of all targets damaged by your fire nova totem by 75% for 4 seconds". If that holds true it's still useful, but not nearly as good as the stun.

There are numerous talent calculators out there, and they all have different information. But as far as I know, the talent was first changed to include the stun, then changed to do the 75% slowdown, then changed back to the stun when they took away that awesome talent that gave us a slowdown on LB. I miss that talent SOOOO much. Sniff.

Also, regarding the numbers in the original post, looks like you're getting your casting speed times reduced by haste gear. Base is 2.5 sec on LB (2 sec talented) and 2 sec on CL (1.5 sec talented).

Whoops. Forgot to mention it was on the "official" Blizzard talent calculator(the one on worldofwarcraft.com) for the beta
