As a fury warrior I'm very disappointed. Hit rating gear being a requirement and hard to find combined with the inability to get PvP gear without decent arena rating means I'm going to have to respec and adjust to another play style (not real fond of that idea) or play my alts. Guess I'm dusting off my pally this weekend; it looks like they're getting mega-Blizz-love.

Got a warrior 65. Always played Fury dual wield specced, looking for maximum DPS of course. Well, today I did some deep testing with the same warrior copied on PTR. I just respecced as Prot (so far every point in prot, 2 points in fury for crit.) and guess what? I do A LOT more damage now with 1hand + shield than before (dual wield). My DPS live is more or less around 210, while on PTR it jumps to 265. And I use 1 sword only and a shield... Tha'ts awesome and, I can say... fun (more than fury).

Try the PTR if you can and copy/respec your worrior. You'll love it.

note: PVE content only, I do not PVP
