MP5 for armor!!! I have been begging for a mechanic like that forever. You could even call it "Light-Touched Armor" in honor of the Light-Touched Breastplate that drops off the first boss in Ramparts.

Light Infused Armor - Allows MP5 by .2/.4/6/.8/1% of armor value.

A holy paladin with 10,000K armor, which is about average for 70 in blues with some greens sprinkled in, would allow for 100 MP5. Couple this with Blessing of Wisdom, and you are at an acceptable regen lvl.
