Actually, for the last couple of weeks the buff totems were 5 min prior to this, Wrath was just added. The offensive totems (searing, grounding, anything previously shorter than 2 min) are still on short timers though.

It took me a long time to get used to that too, I kept worrying about when to drop my totems again for a refresh during fights and realized that they still have 2-3 min left on them, it's really awesome after you rearrange your internal timer to match.
