I've been weaponsmith for some time on my Warrior Tank. Each to their own but I've been using Blazefury (sword spec) for the vast majority of the time I've been 70. I only change to King's Defender once in a blue moon when I get new gear to tinker with and keep my Defense up.

Switch out the Axe spec unless it's your weapon of choice. Your looking at a hefty fee to change to Armorsmith either side of WotLK just to even get recipes let alone mats. See what the expansion brings but IMHO stick with it til November :)
