Hah, tank pugging... my thoughts exactly! Even though I out level/gear BRD slightly on my protection paladin, it's a total blast to pug for. I'm not leveling for this reason.
I have yet to run this with a rogue who does not dps from the front and opens with cheap shot.
Warlocks. These guys are great because they fill your group. There are two questions you need to ask yourself with warlocks. 1) can we four-man this instance. 2) has the warlock already hearthed?
Hunters are the best of course. They never turn off growl and their pets go all over the place and agro everything. When you're still pulling they open with multishot and pull 1 (or more) mobs away from your consecrate. After they realize they can't melee the mob down they feign and because I don't have any threat on them, the mobs go chaise the priest around who's screaming ZOMG SAVE ME! So the stray mobs chase the priest, I chase the strays, the other mobs chase me, and the remaining dps all attack whatever mob is NOT marked with a skull above their heads.
... Herding cats is another form of challenge. I highly recommend people try it :)
